Where the wonderful Codex Purpureus is kept, one of the most complete Greek evangelicals, there is the Cathedral of Santa Maria Acheropita, the Pathirium Church, the famous “AMARELLI’” liquorice factory and museum since 1731 and the Odissea 2000 water park (in the hamlet di Toscano), inaugurated in 1995, the Acquapark Odissea 2000 occupies an area of about 70 hectares and offers its visitors many swimming pools and water attractions for all tastes, from those suitable for families to those for the more adventurous, large wave pool, the lagoon dedicated to children and the lazy river.
